At CNC Support Ltd, we’ve always believed that being part of the local community is just as important as the work we do day to day.

Over the Easter weekend, members of the team headed down to the Wycoller Duck Race 2026 to show our support and enjoy a brilliant local tradition set in the heart of the Lancashire countryside.

While none of our CNC Support ducks quite made it to the finish line first this year, it was a great opportunity to step away from the workshop, get some fresh air and spend time supporting a fantastic community event.

Of course, no CNC Support outing would be complete without our “work dogs” in attendance – keeping a close eye on proceedings, ensuring there was no foul play, and making sure no crumbs from the cake stall went to waste.

Events like this are a reminder of how important local communities are. As a family-run business, with roots firmly in this part of Lancashire, we take real pride in supporting events that bring people together.

All proceeds raised from the day go towards the annual Trawden Agricultural Show, helping to keep another much-loved local tradition going strong.

If you’re ever visiting us for a CNC Dynamics router demo, we’d highly recommend taking the time to explore Wycoller and the surrounding countryside – it’s well worth it.

A big thank you as well to Steve Bradley Photography for capturing some fantastic photographs from the day.

Supporting Local, Building for the Future

At CNC Support, we’re proud to support British manufacturing but just as importantly, we’re proud to support the communities around us.
